General Shipping Information and Instructions

• Credit card orders are usually shipped the same day as ordered if ordered before 12 Noon Paciific Time and the following business day if ordered after 12 Noon Pacific Time.
• If you have a specific delivery requirement, we advise that you contact us in order to learn if your requirements can be met.
• In the event it appears that your order may be delayed, we may attempt to contact you. Please be sure that you give correct contact information on your order to help us help you
• Please contact us before ordering if you believe there may be any problems with delivering your order via any shipping method to your address. We advise submitting an address to which US Postal Service, UPS and FedEx can all deliver.
• All orders are subject to credit card approval and review before shipping.

Standard Service: 3-7 Business Days

• Your order should be delivered to the shipping address indicated at the time of ordering within this time frame.
• Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
• Shipments to APO/FPO addresses may take longer
• Standard service is not guaranteed

2 Day Service: 2 Business Days

• May ship via air or ground as necessary to arrive within 2 business days
• Priority over ground shipments in the processing of orders

Next Day Service: 1 Business Day

• May ship via air or ground as necessary to arrive on the next business day.
• Priority over ground shipments in the processing of orders

Shipping Rates   Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the following factors:

• Total weight of the items ordered
• Shipping distance from our Southern California warehouse
• Level of shipping service selected
• Shipping costs as determined by use of the latest UPS rate tables

International Shipping  Information for orders shipping outside the Unites Stated:

• Brokerage fees, VAT, Import taxes, Dutiesd and other related charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer
• Refusal of merchandise due to inability to pay above mention fees will result in forfeiture of all shipping costs as well as any return shipping charges and related fees being deducted from any credit that may be due. In the event we decide to have merchandsie destroyed instead of returned, no credit sahll be due to buyer under any circumstances.
• International orders are not returnable under any circumstances
• International shipping costs as determined by use of the latest UPS rate tables and are not negotiable
